It takes 3-4 business days for a single day’s EBT settlement deposits to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than 3-4 business days and your deposit is still not in your account, there could be a few reasons why:
- You are a new goEBT retailer, it can take up to 5 business days to receive your first settlement deposit.
If you are not a new goEBT retailer, and you are not receiving your deposits: – Call your bank to verify whether or not all ACHs for the day have been posted or to ask about any possible reasons for delay in bank activity (holidays, closings, etc.)
