If your store is closing, you still need to notify goEBT and return your EBT equipment. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged your monthly service fees. Sending equipment back without following the steps below is not proper cancellation and you will be subject to fees.

Per your service agreement with goEBT, you MUST notify goEBT in writing that you are canceling your EBT processing service agreement and need to return your equipment at least 60 days prior to your intended cancellation date.

Depending on the type of service agreement that you have with goEBT, you may be charged a cancellation fee if you do not notify goEBT at least 60 days prior to canceling.

If you do not return your goEBT equipment and you cancel service with goEBT, you will be charged a $250 unreturned equipment fee.

To begin the process to cancel your EBT processing account, please submit a request for support. Be sure to watch your email for the next steps to cancellation and respond with your written intent to cancel

Commenting below will not begin your return process. Please follow the directions above.
