“Security Alarm”

If your terminal screen reads “Security Alarm” you have a memory issue with your terminal.

This message may also say “Please Reboot.” A power surge or physical damage may be the cause of this error message.

Solution:

This is “tamper issue” and the device must be replaced. Please submit a request for support.
